The Art of Prioritization

Building a Roadmap that Inspires Action

A product manager’s key responsibility is prioritization building what’s important to the customer now, while keeping an eye on the future and planning for the unknown. How do you develop a framework for prioritization that puts these initiatives on an even playing field so that you prioritize objectively? While you may be successful in that, can you also explain how you did it so that you can earn buy-in from key stakeholders throughout the journey? During this webinar, Sneha Narahalli, Vice President and Head of Product at Sephora, will share learnings from her journey in creating a prioritization framework that stakeholders will be eager to support.
